Associate Account Executive ((Brooklyn, Queens and Long Island, NY) - Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Surgery

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks an Associate Account Executive to sell surgical products and technologies across Brooklyn, Queens, and Long Island. The role involves expanding Ethicon product sales, demonstrating devices in operating room settings, and supporting the regional sales team with a path to advancement.
Responsibilities
- Expand Ethicon product sales and convert competitive products in compliance with company policy
- Demonstrate proper preparation and surgical use of Ethicon products to healthcare providers
- Manage customer questions and objections using sales training methodology
- Provide case coverage and assist surgeons in operating room settings
- Conduct sales presentations and execute the selling cycle ethically and professionally
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 0–2 years of business experience
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to travel overnight and/or relocate as needed
- Willingness to work in operating room environments
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
