VALiNTRY is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of plant equipment and facilities within a three shift manufacturing operation.

This position will lead maintenance leads, mechanics, and electricians while ensuring reliable 24/7 operational support. The ideal candidate is a hands on leader with strong technical knowledge, proven experience managing multiple shifts, and a proactive approach to equipment reliability, safety, and continuous improvement. The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000 per year. However, if you possess additional valuable skill sets that could benefit the enterprise, you may be eligible for higher compensation. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop maintenance teams across three operating shifts.
• Provide technical direction to shift leads, mechanics, and electricians.
• Plan and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Lead mechanical, engineering, and process improvement projects from design through completion.
• Develop and implement maintenance programs, procedures, and standard operating practices.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Partner with production, engineering, and safety teams to reduce downtime and improve plant performance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, spare parts inventory, and project documentation.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulations.
• Provide maintenance support outside normal business hours when operational needs require it.

Required Qualifications

• Five to seven years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• At least three years of experience in a leadership or management position.
• Proven experience managing maintenance teams across multiple shifts.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating equipment.
• Experience leading internal engineering, maintenance, or process improvement projects.
• Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Experience with root cause analysis and equipment troubleshooting.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Experience supporting a 24/7 manufacturing operation.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and industrial regulatory requirements.

Work Environment

This position works in an industrial manufacturing facility operating across three shifts. The Maintenance Manager will interact frequently with production, engineering, and safety teams and may occasionally need to provide support outside normal business hours.
