Summary of Job Duties (All Positions)

Employees are responsible for safely operating, setting up, loading, monitoring, and/or unloading manufacturing equipment used in the production of cabinet components. Duties may include operating CNC machines, saws, drilling equipment, BHX and ABD machinery, and other production equipment to meet quality and production standards. Responsibilities include performing quality inspections, verifying materials and production specifications, selecting the correct machine programs, monitoring machine performance, reporting equipment issues to maintenance or supervisors, maintaining a clean and organized work area, participating in production meetings, following all safety policies and procedures, assisting with material handling, and supporting continuous production flow. Employees are also expected to complete routine machine cleaning and maintenance tasks, communicate effectively with supervisors and team members, and perform other related duties as assigned in support of manufacturing operations. This summary reflects the primary duties across all listed positions; however, individual positions may include additional job duties and responsibilities not specifically described in this summary.

• JOB TYPE: Full Time
• WAGE PER HOUR: $23 to $27 based on posiAon, experience, skills and will be assigned by the employer, once a positionon is offered.
• OVER TIME: 10-30 hours if there are open projects that need it
• WORKWEEK: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–4 p.m. with a 1-hour unpaid lunch. Overtime as needed.
• PAYMENT DAYS: Currently weekly on Fridays. EffecTve 1/1/2027, this will change to bi-weekly pay every other Friday.
• PAYMENT TYPE: Direct Deposit or live Check

• PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• ENGLISH LEVEL REQUIREMENTS: yes, Basic
• MUST ATTEND SAFETY TRAINING: Yes
• DRIVERS LICENSE REQUIRED: Yes, to be able to drive back and forth to work, own vehicle.
• TYPE OF UNIVERSITY DEGREE DESIRED: TSU/Technical/Associate degree in Engineering field.

Additional Information

FLIGHT/TRANSPORTATION

• PAID FLIGHT TO BUSINESS LOCATION: Company can book flight or We will reimburse, all document for flight must be turned in for reimbursement
• AIRPORT OF ARRIVAL: Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport
• TRAVEL FOOD EXPENSE COVERED?: Employer will cover, a one time and only for the day of the travel from place of recruitment, a travel food expense of $30.00 a day must turn in receipts
• GROCERY STIPEND: We will give a one time $100 dollar for food

WORKPLACE TRANSPORTATION

• TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM WORKSITE: Not provided by the employer.

HOUSING

• HOUSING TYPE: The employer will pay 100% of the cost of an individual hotel room for the employee's first week ager the initial move. This may be extended up to two weeks with approval. Ager employer-provided housing ends, the employee must secure and pay for rental housing.
• INDIVIDUAL OR SHARED ROOMS: Individual Room
• RENT PER PERSON: StarTng at $600.00 per month area.
• HOW LONG HOUSING IS PROVIDED? One week, extendable up to two weeks with approval.
