Prescription Verification Specialist

Working remotely full-time, the Prescription Verification Specialist will verify contact lens prescriptions by processing inbound images, responding to customer inquiries, and adhering to standardized processes while maintaining a competitive earning potential. Key responsibilities Verify contact lens prescriptions by processing images from customers and eye care providers Respond to customer emails and text messages regarding their prescriptions and advise on order adjustments Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures while achieving performance metrics Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent experience Typing skills of at least 40 words per minute and technical proficiency Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 20 mbps download and 10 mbps upload A private and dedicated workspace free from interruptions Self-motivated with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
