RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta that align with client goals and drive meaningful engagement, conversions, and results.
• Manage accounts ranging from smaller local budgets to large, enterprise-level paid media programs, adapting strategy based on account size, complexity, and business objectives.
• Develop campaign strategies for service-based and lead-generation businesses, including campaigns where conversions may include phone calls, form submissions, appointments, consultations, or qualified leads.
• Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, competitive analysis, and bid management.
• Continuously optimize campaign structure, ad messaging, targeting, budgets, and bidding strategies based on performance data.

Data & Performance Management

• Analyze campaign and business data to identify opportunities and drive measurable performance improvements.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, KPIs, and campaign measurement.
• Monitor metrics including conversion rates, cost per acquisition, cost per qualified lead, ROAS, store visits, and other client-specific KPIs.
• Identify tracking, attribution, or data-quality issues and take ownership of getting them resolved.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Collaboration & Client Leadership

• Partner with content and creative teams to develop high-performing, tailored ad creative.
• Collaborate with client success teams to deliver insightful performance reporting and proactively implement enhancements.
• Clearly communicate campaign results, opportunities, and strategic recommendations to internal teams and clients.
• Serve as a trusted resource for paid media strategy and performance.
• Take ownership of assigned accounts and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, with strong Google Ads experience.
• Experience managing enterprise-level and smaller accounts, including significant paid media budgets.
• Experience with service-based businesses and lead-generation campaigns
• Strong understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads, including campaign structure, keyword strategy, audience targeting, bidding, and optimization.
• Strong analytical and data skills with experience using Google Analytics and reporting platforms.
• Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, lead quality, and campaign measurement.
• Demonstrated ambition, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous performance improvement.
• Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative approach that positions you as a dependable resource for clients and internal teams.

Salary: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
