Job Description Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Job description: Insurance Agency Team Member (Full-Time) – Hurricane, UT We’re an independently owned insurance agency in Hurricane, Utah, and we’re looking to bring on a motivated team member. What We Offer: Base Pay 18-19hr + Commission (strong earning potential 55k-75k) PTO (Paid Time Off) Paid Holidays Stable Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM. Friday 8:30 AM-5 No weekends uncapped commission strong performance can result in 100k+ Opportunity to move up in my agency Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer phone calls Call and follow up with warm leads provided by the agency Deliver strong customer service to current customers and build client relationships Assist with quotes, policy updates, and general support Maintain a positive, professional attitude in a fast-paced environment Qualifications: Must have an active Property & Casualty License Must have an active Life and Health License Must have a clean background record Strong communication skills Customer service or sales experience is a plus Compensation: Competitive hourly base + commission structure, with potential to earn $55 , 000+ depending on performance.
