Director of Intellectual Property & Patent Strategy

Altos Labs seeks a Senior Patent Counsel / Director, Intellectual Property in San Diego to build and manage global patent portfolios for cellular programming and transformative therapeutics. You will draft, prosecute, and manage patents, advise on freedom-to-operate and strategic IP risk, and work with business stakeholders and outside counsel.

The role reports to the VP, IP and requires 7+ years of patent prosecution experience with pharma assets; strong chemistry and US-IPO qualifications are
