Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures installations meet quality, safety, and contract standards by overseeing teams.
• Manage warranty issues and repairs.
• Back up for Install Manager.
• Resolve any installation & logistical concerns.
• Point of contact for dispatch, warehouse, and install team to ensure each project is coordinated smoothly
• Manage pending installations weekly.
• Establish and maintain a positive and effective relationship with customers, subcontractors, inspectors, etc.
• Coordinate all inspections with the permit coordinator to make sure all jobs are inspected and complete.
• Responsible for coordinating all subcontractors to the job and communicating details to customer and technicians.
• Promote Miltown's standards of quality and safety.
• Additional duties as needed.
