Role Description We’re looking for motivated, energetic individuals ready to grow their careers as a Manager at Alpaca Chicken! In this role, you’ll work closely with our Management team to help lead successful shifts while delivering an outstanding guest experience. As a leader, you’ll take charge of daily operations, guide and support team members, manage key paperwork, and communicate store needs to management. Qualifications Team Supervision: Managers are responsible for overseeing the performance of their team members during a specific shift. Customer Service: Managers address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive experience. Training and Development: Managers are involved in training new team members, providing guidance, and ensuring that all staff members are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures. Communication: Effective communication is essential in this role, both in conveying information to the team and reporting to higher management. Problem‑Solving: Managers should be adept at quickly addressing and resolving issues that may arise during their shift. Quality Control: Maintaining food cost and labor is crucial. Time Management: Efficiently managing time is essential for a manager. They must prioritize tasks, allocate resources appropriately, and ensure that deadlines are met. Safety Compliance: Managers need to enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment. Reporting: Managers may be required to generate reports summarizing the shift’s activities, including sales, and any notable incidents.
