Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Specialist in Dallas, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and report security-related concerns. You will provide professional customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon01:00 PM - 09:00 PMThur12:30 PM - 08:30 PMFri12:30 PM - 08:30 PMSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun01:00 PM - 09:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor and report unusual conditions, potential hazards, equipment concerns, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with site-specific requirements. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least one year of security-related experience. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred. Have customer service experience preferred. Possess a guard card or license preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
