About the Position

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients presenting to the Emergency Department.
• Perform patient assessments, triage, and ongoing monitoring.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Respond quickly to emergency and critical patient situations.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor patient conditions and recognize changes requiring immediate intervention.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Assist with procedures, treatments, and emergency interventions.
• Provide patient and family education regarding care and discharge instructions.
• Follow hospital policies, safety standards, and infection-control protocols.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recent RN experience in an Emergency Department (ER/ED).
• Active RN license
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
