Zscaler Administrator — Zero Trust & Cloud Security

We are seeking an experienced Zscaler Administrator with strong expertise in Zero Trust security, network troubleshooting, and cloud security integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing ZIA and ZPA platforms, implementing security policies, and supporting enterprise-scale secure access solutions. Key Responsibilities Manage Zscaler environments (ZIA & ZPA) Configure and maintain security policies (URL filtering, application access, malware protection) Implement Zero Trust architecture and least-privilege access models Integrate with Active Directory, Azure AD, and Okta (SSO/MFA) Troubleshoot network, authentication, and application access issues Monitor logs, traffic, and security alerts for threats and violations Support VPN to ZPA and proxy to ZIA migrations Configure secure connectivity using PAC, GRE, IPSec, and Client Connector Work with SOC teams for incident investigation and resolution Required Skills Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA) administration Advanced network troubleshooting & analysis Zero Trust / SASE security architecture Identity & access management (AD, Azure AD, Okta) Security monitoring tools (Splunk, Sentinel preferred) Nice to Have Automation or API-based scripting experience SD-WAN and cloud platform integration (AWS / Azure / GCP) #J-18808-Ljbffr Veriipro
