What You’ll Do As our Administrative Office/Warehouse Coordinator , you’ll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring seamless communication between the office and warehouse while keeping everything running like clockwork. Here’s a snapshot of your responsibilities: Shipping & Receiving : Oversee logistics processes to ensure timely deliveries and accurate inventory updates using warehouse management software. Inventory Management : Track inventory levels, perform data entry, and generate reports to maintain order accuracy and fulfillment standards. Logistics Coordination : Plan warehouse distribution routes and ensure compliance with international trade regulations. Order Fulfillment : Pick, pack, and prepare shipments with precision and care. Safety First : Operate equipment like forklifts safely, conduct regular safety checks, and adhere to warehouse safety protocols. Customer Service : Address inquiries about shipping, order processing, and inventory availability with professionalism and clarity. What We’re Looking For We’re searching for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with the following qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or related roles. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (especially Excel) and inventory management software. Strong math skills for accurate inventory counts, order quantities, and shipping weights. Hands-on experience with forklifts or pallet jacks (certification is a plus!). Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Clear communication and customer service skills for effective collaboration with team members and external partners. Knowledge of shipping logistics procedures and international trade compliance.
