We need someone who loves the phones, lives by a scorecard, and gets paid when they perform.

The One Team is the #1 real estate sales team in Connecticut. We run one of the highest-volume recruiting operations in the state and we're building the engine behind continued growth.

We're hiring an Inside Sales Recruiter to own the front end of our agent recruiting pipeline: outbound prospecting, objection handling, and setting qualified appointments for our in-person Recruiter.

This is not a relationship-management role. It is a high-volume, activity-driven, outbound calling position. If that sounds like your lane, keep reading.

What You'll Do

• Make 500+ outbound calls per week to active and newly licensed real estate agents
• Follow proven scripts and talk tracks while adapting quickly to live conversations
• Handle objections confidently and move prospects toward a scheduled appointment
• Set 60+ recruiting appointments per month with a strong show rate target
• Confirm appointments and maintain high attendance rates
• Manage your pipeline in Follow Up Boss with clean notes, accurate stages, and structured follow-up
• Report on your numbers daily and attend weekly scorecard reviews

Compensation

• Base salary: $52,000
• On-target earnings: $65,000 - $67,000
• Monthly performance bonuses tied to dials, appointments set, appointments held, and agents signed. Full details provided during the interview process.

• Are looking for a long-term lane, not a launchpad into agent work

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable hitting 80-100 dials per day without being managed into it
• Motivated by numbers, not titles
• Thick-skinned with a short memory for rejection
• Coachable on scripting and willing to follow a structured system
• Strong CRM discipline -- clean notes, accurate pipeline stages, no black holes
