Night Shift RN: Post-Acute Care & Care Plans

PureHealth Transitional Care at Texas Health Presbyterian

PureHealth Transitional Care at Texas Health Presbyterian is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the night shift (6PM-6AM). This role requires rendering nursing care based on customer needs, leading development of individualized nursing care plans, and ensuring effective communication. Essential duties include administering medication, performing IV therapy, and documenting care in EMR. Candidates must possess a valid state RN license and current CPR certification.
