RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build strong and consistent client base and sales strategies to provide exceptional service.
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field required..
- Property & Casualty License (must have current)
- Life & Health License ( must be willing to obtain)
- Remote Bilingual Fluent Spanish (required)
- State Farm experience (required)
This is a remote position.
