Caregiver

As a Caregiver at Sevita, you’ll provide person-centered care in home and community settings to individuals of all ages and abilities. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, medication reminders, mobility support, and community outings while promoting independence, dignity, and safety. You’ll collaborate with clinical teams, follow individualized care plans, and document care accurately.
