Seasonal Customer Service Representative Level II

Summary:

The Seasonal Customer Service Representative Level II supports call center during peak holiday season, from October through December. This role manages corporate order accounts, bulk gifting requests, and business client relationships, while also providing customer service support to consumer callers as volume requires.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for corporate gifting clients, managing order placement, order changes, and account inquiries via phone and email.
• Process and track corporate holiday gift orders, coordinating recipients lists, custom packaging requests (inserts), and deliver timelines using company business systems.
• Proactively communicate order status, shipping timelines, and any delays to corporate clients to ensure a smooth gifting experience.
• Partner with warehouse and fulfillment teams to confirm large or complex corporate orders are processed accurately and on schedule.
• Support the call center queue with customer order requests during non-peak corporate call times or as needed to meet service levels.
• Resolve order issues and complaints from both corporate and consumer accounts, escalating complex situations to full-time CSRs and/or CS Leadership Team.
• Other related duties as assigned by management.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Experience in call center, ordering and logistics, customer service, and general office is preferred
• Availability to work a consistent schedule between October and December, possibly including some weekends and extended hours around major holidays is preferred

Compensation and Schedule:

• Hours 8am-4:30pm or 8:30-5:00pm (5 Days vary between Sun-Sat)
• Full Time
• Pay is minimum of $18/hr
