Du agierst sowohl als Motivator, als auch disziplinarisch und führst dein Team auch zu stürmischen Zeiten durch ruhige Gewässer. Hier sind deine spannenden Aufgaben:* Du leitest deinen Club mit klaren Zielen, einem starken Fokus auf exzellentem Service und einem wirtschaftlichen Blick* Als verantwortungsvoller Vorgesetzter unterstützt du deine Mitarbeiter aktiv in ihrer persönlichen Entwicklung und förderst ein harmonisches Miteinander im Team* Es zählt zu deinen Aufgaben, den Mitgliederbestand aufzubauen, zu pflegen und eine engagierte Community um den Club herum zu schaffen* Du knüpfst starke lokale Netzwerke und baust Beziehungen in der Gemeinschaft auf, um den Club zu stärken* Du führst motivierende Bewerbungsgespräche, um das passende Team für unseren Club zu gewinnen* Als erster Ansprechpartner vor Ort stehst du den Mitgliedern mit Rat und Tat zur Seite### Dein Profil* Du hast ein erfolgreiches Studium in Sportwissenschaften oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre absolviert* Du verfügst über ein umfangreiches wirtschaftliches know-how* Du hast Erfahrung im Betrieb und Schulungen durchzuführen liegt dir* Du bist kommunikativ, trittst sicher auf und verstehst es dich durchzusetzen* Du bist durch und durch ein Teamplayer und liebst es, im Team zu arbeiten, um gemeinsam großartige Ergebnisse zu erzielen* Du liebst abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeiten und es fällt dir leicht dich auf Neues einzustellen* Du steckst voller Leidenschaft und Energie, und gehst mit Begeisterung und höchstem Einsatz deine Arbeit an* Im Sinne einer verbesserten Lesbarkeit wird auf eine geschlechterspezifische Sprache verzichtet.
