Customer Service RepresentativeWe are seeking a Customer Service Representative for DME/HME Company to join our team! You will be responsible for answering calls, helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.Responsibilities:Process order efficientlyQualify patients for equipment and verify eligibilityAnswer phones and provide customer serviceTroubleshoot and resolve order issues and concernsDocument and update customer records based on interactionsDevelop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and servicesProviding introductory information to new customersOutbound calls to customers and referralsResponding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valuedMaking sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needsKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentsFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policiesTake the extra mile to engage customersQualifications:Previous DME is required, Medicare experience preferredExperience with Brightree is a mustPrevious experience in customer serviceAbility to build rapport with clientsAbility to prioritize and multitaskPositive and professional demeanorExcellent written and verbal communication skills
