Per ampliare il nostro team, siamo alla ricerca di un* BIM Specialist. Responsabilità Creare, gestire e mantenere modelli BIM accurati e completi, utilizzando software come Autodesk Revit, Navisworks e strumenti di modellazione avanzata. Supportare i team di progettazione nello sviluppo di modelli digitali per i vari stadi del progetto (concept, design, esecuzione, ecc.). Collaborare con i BIM Coordinator per implementare gli standard aziendali e le best practice BIM, contribuendo al miglioramento continuo dei processi. Verificare e gestire il clash detection per garantire l’integrazione senza errori tra i vari modelli progettuali (architettura, strutture, impianti). Sviluppare e ottimizzare librerie BIM e famiglie Revit specifiche per il nostro studio e per i progetti in corso. Fornire supporto tecnico ai colleghi e ai team esterni, assicurando la formazione e l’aggiornamento sulle nuove tecnologie e metodologie BIM. Collaborare con i team multidisciplinari per garantire la coerenza del modello e la gestione efficace delle informazioni. Requisiti Laurea in Architettura, Ingegneria Edile o affini. Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ruoli simili con una solida conoscenza del BIM e dei software di modellazione 3D (in particolare Autodesk Revit). Conoscenza avanzata di Navisworks per il clash detection e la gestione dei modelli federati. Esperienza nella gestione di librerie e famiglie BIM e nella creazione di template personalizzati. Ottima capacità di problem‑solving, attenzione ai dettagli e forte orientamento al risultato. Conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata. I collaboratori selezionati dovranno possedere partita IVA per la gestione dei futuri incarichi professionali.
