Job Description

Job Summary:
Provides histology services by preparing and analyzing tissue samples to support diagnostic and research needs. Supports laboratory operations through documentation and coordination of workflow activities.

Responsibilities:

• Send histology profiles to designated personnel to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Prepare tissue samples and slides according to laboratory procedures.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration and cleanliness.
• Document procedures and results accurately in laboratory records.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily workflow and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a certification or degree in histology, laboratory science, or a related field.
• Demonstrate experience with histology techniques and tissue processing.
• Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Have excellent communication skills for coordination activities.
• Display familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
