Perform Blo's signature blow outs and styling services while helping every guest look and feel their absolute best. Provide personalized consultations and recommend the best products and services to help guests achieve their hair goals. Build lasting relationships that turn first-time guests into loyal members of the Blo family. Work as part of a supportive team to keep the bar running smoothly during busy shifts. Maintain a clean, organized, and beautifully presented styling station that reflects the Blo brand. Participate in ongoing education, up-training, and team meetings to continuously grow your skills. Help create the fun, positive, and energetic atmosphere that makes guests excited to come back.
