Job Description This is a hands-on, multi-craft Maintenance Technician position supporting a highly automated dairy facility. You’ll help ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production, packaging, and utility systems in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
This is a great opportunity for a mechanically and electrically skilled technician who enjoys troubleshooting and working with advanced automation, robotics, and processing equipment.

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience; food/beverage preferred
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with PLCs, VFDs, automation, and packaging equipment
- Knowledge of pumps, conveyors, separators, and pasteurization systems
- Ability to read electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical drawings
- Experience with instrumentation, calibration, and sanitary process systems
- Ammonia refrigeration, boilers, and wastewater experience is a plus
- Strong focus on preventive maintenance, food safety, and continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently on a 6 PM-6 AM shift
