Heritage Ministries is in growth mode and currently looking for Servers to join our team! A Server is responsible for following resident menus accurately and working each day with our culinary team to provide exceptional meals and service to our residents. Responsibilities:

• Performs food preparation tasks as assigned by the cook or supervisor.

• Responsible for following resident menus accurately on the tray line.

• Delivers food carts/prepared meals to the designated dining room and ensures that carts are returned to the kitchen.

• Responsible for assisting in serving the meals to residents.

• Collects and removes trash and garbage as necessary.

• Delivers nourishments to nursing units and/or resident rooms as required.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED/TASC equivalent is preferred

• Must be able to meet health assessment requirements, including required testing and health documentation.

• Ability to lift 60 pounds if necessary with the ability to sit, walk, bend, and twist. Ability to engage in repetitive motions for extended times required.
