Job Description

Powertrain Solutions is a provider of diversified powertrain products and solutions in our three market segments Electric Vehicles (EL), Passenger Cars (PC), and Commercial Vehicles / Off-Road (CV/OR) – from gasoline and diesel injection to electric drives with battery and fuel cell technologies.

As an Account Manager supporting the Power Solutions division and Ford customer team , you will play a key role in growing and maintaining strategic customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities. This position will focus on customer acquisition, account management, and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction by partnering closely with OEM and Tier 1 customers. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, along with experience navigating customer relationships, Bosch processes, and data-driven business activities.

Responsibilities: 

• Execution of sales-related activities to maintain and expand business opportunities
• Primary acquisition focus in the area of Power Solutions division
• Account management tasks to maintain existing business
• Ensure on-going customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 2 or more year’s automotive industry experience
• BS Engineering or Marketing/ Sales related field.
• Experience in a customer facing or customer interaction role
• Proven leadership ability to foster teamwork and drive resolution of issues
• Skilled in Excel, advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.
• Maintain strong customer relationship
• Ability to build and maintain external internal stakeholder relationships
