Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician and Groundskeeper for Sea Bluffs, Ivy Signature Living in California. The role supports maintenance of the community, grounds, and resident units, with emphasis on safety and resident comfort. The position requires basic electrical/plumbing/HVAC knowledge, ability to assist with turnovers, and a friendly, service-oriented approach to working with seniors.
