Job Overview
We seek a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in nursing practices and a strong commitment to patient outcomes.
ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough patient assessments and admissions based on medical needs, providing comprehensive care in both outpatient and hospital settings.
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing venipuncture, and managing medical documentation.
Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures, promoting health literacy.
Monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed, and maintain accurate medical records to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Current RN licensure is required.
Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is beneficial but we will train the right candidate
Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices is essential for effective communication and record-keeping.
