- Role: Certified Maintenance Technician
- Location: Denton, TX 76201
- Pay: $23/hr
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Start Date: Immediate Opening
- Opportunity Type: Contract or Contract-to-Hire
- Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
- Perform skilled maintenance tasks, including:
- HVAC troubleshooting and repair
- Electrical repairs
- Plumbing repairs
- Appliance diagnostics and repair
- Carpentry and general maintenance
- Assist with unit turns and make-ready preparation
- Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities
- Respond to resident service requests with a friendly, professional attitude
- Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards
- EPA or HVAC Certification Required
- Previous apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and general maintenance
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Own tools preferred
