Nursing Assistant (CNA)
About Us:
Caring for others is more than a job—it’s a calling. We are seeking compassionate and dependable Nursing Assistants (CNAs) (or those who want to become one!) to join our team and provide quality care, comfort, and support to our residents each day.
What You’ll Do:
Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, meals)
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Take and record vital signs, weights, and other health data as directed
Communicate resident needs and changes to the nursing team
Ensure residents’ dignity, safety, and comfort at all times
Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
What We’re Looking For:
Current CNA certification in Minnesota OR ability to obtain CNA certification within 4 months
Facility-paid CNA class and training available for those not yet certified
Compassion for seniors and those needing skilled care
Dependability, strong communication skills, and a team-first attitude
Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, or holidays as scheduled
