Your Impact

Client Solutions Associates are integral to FactSet’s value proposition, promoting product adoption and reducing client cancellations. In this role you will build deep client relationships, develop client‑focused processes, promote user adoption through product‑based workflows, and ensure smooth onboarding by providing training. You’ll also gather product feedback and advocate for client needs to Product Development, becoming a trusted advisor on FactSet and upholding the company’s reputation for world‑class support.

What You’ll Do

Through one‑on‑one contact with clients, you will form relationships with leaders in the financial industry, understand their workflows, and develop creative ways to improve their research and analysis. After completing training, you will combine a deep understanding of FactSet’s system with finance and technology knowledge to:

• Partner with clients to understand their business and investment processes and provide solutions using FactSet products
• Provide support for FactSet applications and create custom FactSet models, screens, and automated processes
• Plan and lead product trainings in client offices and at training seminars

Client Solutions Associates become versatile businesspeople by expanding their market knowledge and working with multiple clients. They do not provide financial advice or perform management consulting functions.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in finance and/or FinTech
• Client‑centric mindset and collaborative approach
• Experience or desire to be client‑facing in a support role
• Proficiency in learning new technology
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively in teams
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Bachelor’s degree required; degree must be conferred by September2026
