Trios Health in Kennewick, WA is seeking an OB/GYN to join a full-scope practice with two other OB/GYNs and full support staff. Practice Info Full scope practice - joining 2 other OB/GYNs and full support staff Robotics available Ultrasound, NST monitoring, fetal dopplers EMR: Athena (clinic) / Paragon (hospital) Spacious, private birth suites equipped for comfort and family centered care, where clinical tools remain discreet until needed 6 LDRP rooms for labor, delivery, recovery, and immediate post-partum care 11 dedicated postpartum/recovery rooms Two ORs dedicated to Cesarean section deliveries Fully staffed Level II NICU (Special Care Nursery) that handles infants born after 32 weeks with specialized monitoring, respiratory support when needed, and a low patient to nurse ratio Cross-trained nursing staff practicing couplet care - so moms and babies receive seamless, coordinated care together Responsibilities Hospital Rounding: 30-60 minutes daily for Labor & Delivery and postpartum patients Compensation Base salary plus worked relative value unit (wRVU) production bonus Sign-on bonus: $75,000 Benefits Relocation Assistance: up to $15,000 Paid time off and retirement plan Continuing Medical Education (CME): $5,500 + 5 days Paid professional liability and malpractice coverage Marketing and practice growth assistance Shift & Schedule Clinic Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Friday, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm Call Rotation: Currently 1:3 or better Around 7 call days per month, with about 75% likelihood of being called in Qualifications Comfortable with vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, hysterectomies, and GYN surgery TOLAC/VBAC experience required
