• Lead a team of engineers (junior/mid-level).

• Stimulate growth within Electrical Engineering and enter new markets.

• Design, calculate, and evaluate electrical installations within the industrial, utility, and energy transition sectors.

• Prepare technical drawings, schematics, specifications, and documentation (including for tenders and procurements).

• Coordinate with other disciplines (e.g., mechanical engineering, civil engineering, process automation) for integrated solutions.

• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with standards within projects.

• Oversee testing, commissioning, and quality controls at project completions.

• Proactively identify commercial opportunities and strengthen client relationships.

• Contribute to an open, cohesive, and collaborative team culture.

What you bring:

• Experience in Electrical Engineering within industry, utility, or energy transition.

• A higher education or university degree in electrical engineering.

• Strong communication skills and the ambition to coach and develop teams.

• Experience with client contact, stakeholder management, and securing new projects.

• Proactive attitude, analytical skills, and a results-driven work style.

• Focus on quality, safety, and collaboration in multidisciplinary projects.

• Preferably knowledge of relevant standards and tools (e.g., NEN standards, AutoCAD/Revit, ETAP, GAIA).
