Students Girls Minister

Girls Minister As part of the Student Ministry team at a Mission City Church campus, the Girls Minister provides ministry and administrative support to ensure effective discipleship and engagement of middle school and high school girls in alignment with Mission City Church Student Ministry strategies. This role works collaboratively with Campus Leadership and the Global Student Ministry team to execute ministry environments, events, and discipleship opportunities. The Girls Minister helps ensure consistency, alignment, and follow-through across all student ministry efforts, while building relationships with students, parents, and leaders. This role places a high value on discipleship, leader development, and outreach, while operating within the systems, vision, and strategy of Mission City Church. Core Responsibilities Programming & Environment Execution Ensure Student Ministry environments and events are prepared and executed with excellence Assist Campus Staff with setup and execution of weekend and midweek environments Support the implementation of Student Ministry programming in alignment with church-wide strategies Discipleship & Student Engagement Lead and support discipleship opportunities for middle school and high school girls Build consistent, intentional relationships with students both within and outside of ministry environments Encourage students to take next steps in their faith through groups, serving, and outreach Outreach & Ministry Opportunities Assist in building partnerships with schools, organizations, and community connections Help create environments that invite new students into the ministry Team Collaboration & Leadership Development Partner with Student Ministry staff and Campus Leadership to recruit, develop, and support volunteer leaders Contribute to a collaborative team environment across campuses Participate in Student Ministry meetings, trainings, and planning environments Support shared initiatives and priorities across the broader Student Ministry team Events & Ministry Support Assist in planning and executing Girls-specific events for discipleship and outreach Support campus and church-wide events, trips, and key ministry moments Ensure clear communication and organization around events, timelines, and expectations Communication & Relationships Build strong relationships with students, parents, and leaders Provide clear, timely communication to parents and students regarding ministry opportunities and next steps Support parents through encouragement, connection, and alignment with ministry values Systems, Policies & Alignment Ensure consistent execution of Mission City Church policies Follow established systems, processes, and ministry guidelines Maintain alignment with Campus Leadership and Global Leadership Competencies Administration, collaborative mindset, communication, creativity and vision, detail oriented and organizational skills, leadership development, passion for reaching students Culture and Character As a staff, we value teamwork, loyalty and trust, leading with humility by putting others and the church ahead of our own preferences, and choosing to have a positive attitude.
