Compensation & Benefits

• $85,000$100,000+ annual salary (based on experience)
• Mileage reimbursement (federal rate)

The Impact You’ll Make

• Conduct in-home OT evaluations and personalized treatment plans
• Help patients improve ADLs, safety, and independence at home
• Collaborate with RNs, PTs, and caregivers to maximize outcomes
• Provide education and resources to empower families
• Keep documentation compliant and timely

What You’ll Need

• Idaho OT license (active)
• 1+ year of OT experience (home health preferred)
• Solid clinical judgment, empathy, and reliability
• Reliable transportation and a passion for in-home care
