Staff Pharmacist – Night Shift Contract Assignment

13-Week Contract Assignment

Schedule: 7 Nights On / 7 Nights Off
Shift: 8:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Thursday–Wednesday Rotation)

Seeking an experienced Staff Pharmacist for a night shift hospital contract assignment. Candidates must have recent hospital pharmacy experience and an active Ohio Pharmacy License in good standing.

Requirements:
Active Ohio Pharmacist License required
Minimum 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience preferred
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD required
Strong communication and clinical collaboration skills required
Responsibilities:
Review, interpret, validate, and dispense medication orders accurately
Monitor and manage patient medication therapy
Provide drug information to healthcare staff, patients, and families
Participate in emergency response medication management
Support pharmacy operations and coordinate pharmacy technician workflow
Maintain compliance with pharmacy policies, procedures, and quality standards
Schedule Details:
7 nights on / 7 nights off rotation
Night shift coverage from 8:00 PM to 7:30 AM
Guaranteed 36 hours per week
Additional Details:
Acute care hospital setting
Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment required
Experience working collaboratively within interdisciplinary healthcare teams preferred
