RN Supervisor- Homecare

Attentive Care is a leading home healthcare agency with nearly 50 years of service in New York’s Capital Region. We are dedicated to providing compassionate in-home care to clients and supporting caregivers and home health aides. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care and supporting our team of caregivers across Albany, Saratoga Springs, Schenectady, and Rensselaer. Key responsibilities include: Conducting in-home client assessments and supervisory visits to ensure quality care delivery Developing and reviewing individualized care plans for clients Providing case management oversight and maintaining quality assurance standards Supervising and supporting home health aides and caregivers in their daily responsibilities Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Collaborating with the office team to coordinate care and resolve client needs Participating in occasional on-call shifts, with additional compensation Required Qualifications: Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license At least 1 year of recent nursing experience English proficiency Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Ability to travel locally for in-home visits approximately 30% of the time Availability for occasional on-call shifts Preferred Qualifications: Experience in homecare or home health Experience supervising or supporting home health aides or caregivers Experience using HHAeXchange Experience developing and reviewing patient care plans Experience with nursing documentation and regulatory compliance in a clinical or home health setting Experience conducting in-home patient/client assessments or supervisory visits Benefits and Compensation: Highly competitive hourly compensation: $40–$50 per hour $5,000 sign-on bonus (terms apply) Daytime hours with flexible scheduling; part-time may be considered Paid sick time Additional compensation for on-call shifts Hybrid work environment Recognition as Best Homecare Agency Award winner (2024–2026) #J-18808-Ljbffr Attentive Care
