Business Operations Coordinator

This is not a traditional administrative position.

We're looking for someone who wants to help build a company—not just work for one.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to understand how an entire business operates—not just one department.

Our goal is to hire a long-term, full-time team member. This position will begin on a part-time basis (approximately 20–30 hours per week) because we believe in developing people, not throwing them into the deep end. As you learn our business, demonstrate initiative, and take ownership of responsibilities, your role, hours, and responsibilities will grow with you. The transition to full-time is based on demonstrated performance, initiative, and ownership—not simply time in the position.

For the right person, we anticipate this role transitioning to full-time within approximately 60–180 days. Candidates who demonstrate exceptional initiative, ownership, and the ability to quickly assume responsibilities may transition even sooner.

This isn't a position where you'll spend years doing the same thing every day.

Instead, you'll gradually learn every aspect of our business—from office operations and estimating to project management, marketing, business development, customer service, technology, and leadership.

• Event coordination
• Award applications
• Customer follow-up
• Business certifications

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Technology is an important part of how we operate and continue to grow.
