What You’ll Do Set up and operate CNC machines Review programs, blueprints, and tooling requirements Handle both production and prototype parts - often complex, always high precision Make real-time decisions to keep quality and efficiency on point Rough and finish parts down to tight tolerances What We’re Looking For Completion of a relevant trade school program. Ability to read blueprints and understand part specs. Strong math & computer skills. Experience in CNC machining; preferred experience in milling Experience in creating and editing CNC programs. Precision mindset and a knack for making accurate adjustments. Knowledge of appropriate speeds and feeds for materials and tools.
