YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Customer Experience
• Greet and assist customers throughout their shopping experience
• Answer questions and provide product information
• Promote Goodwill Rewards and Round-Up programs
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and respectfully

Sales Floor Operations
• Restock merchandise and maintain product presentation
• Ensure sales floor displays meet visual standards
• Maintain clean, organized shopping areas
• Support fitting room and checkout area organization

Checkout & Transactions
• Process purchases quickly and accurately
• Operate the register and follow cash handling procedures
• Thank customers and encourage future visits
• Deliver friendly, professional service at every interaction

Store Support
• Assist donors and direct them to donation areas
• Follow store safety policies and procedures
• Support overall store operations and team success
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
