Porter/Groundskeeper

• As a Porter/Groundskeeper, you will perform a variety of property upkeep duties including groundskeeping, light maintenance, housekeeping, pool cleaning, and general facility support. You work as a team participant to help ensure the property remains clean, safe, and well-maintained to ELS standards.

• Maintain the grounds and common areas, ensuring they are clean, orderly, and free of trash and debris.
• Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping of amenity spaces, restrooms, and shared facilities.
• Assist with light maintenance and basic repairs as needed throughout the property.
• Help maintain and clean pool areas, ensuring proper appearance and safety standards.
• Work closely with management and maintenance staff to support daily operations and special projects.
• Report maintenance concerns and safety issues promptly to management.
• Support setup, cleanup, and general upkeep for community areas and events as needed.
• May assist with moving equipment, furniture, or supplies across the property.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Willingness to be on call for occasional after-hours emergencies.
