Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients in the ICU according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff, coordinating care with other disciplines.
- Utilize critical thinking, professional judgment, and supervision to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
- Administer medications, monitor patient status, and respond to changes in condition promptly.
- Document care activities accurately and maintain up-to-date patient records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and adjust patient care plans as needed.

Requirements
- Current, unrestricted RN license to practice in Oregon
- ICU/critical care nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work night shifts and the 12-hour schedule described
- Willingness to participate in a 13-week travel assignment
- Ability to complete standard onboarding and credentialing processes
