Associate, Credit Portfolio, Product (Investor Relations)

A leading global alternative asset management firm is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Associate to join its Investor Relations Product Team. This is a high-impact role on a lean, entrepreneurial team where your contributions will be visible and meaningful from day one.

The Investor Relations Product Team sits at the intersection of fundraising strategy, investor relations, and marketing. The team supports all aspects of capital formation from strategic planning and fundraising execution to cultivating global institutional relationships, producing marketing collateral, and driving best practices across project management.

You will support capital raising efforts for the firm's Multi-Asset Credit strategies, working across direct lending, CLOs, leveraged finance, asset-based finance, and structured credit. This is a generalist product role with broad exposure across fundraising, investor communications, and content development.

Key Responsibilities

Capital Rais ing

• Support fundraising strategy for Multi-Asset Credit products, including developing investment solutions for global institutional investors and wealth platforms
• Draft marketing materials, PPMs, pitchbook presentations, and due diligence materials
• Lead and manage responses to DDQs, RFPs, RFIs, and ad hoc investor data requests
• Assist with strategic planning for fundraising campaigns, including pipeline tracking via Salesforce and Excel

Investor Updates & Relati ons

• Draft transaction overviews and fund updates for limited partners in coordination with investment teams
• Support coordination and content creation for annual investor conferences and Advisory Committee meetings
• Ensure timely, thorough responses to investor queries on performance, capital accounts, sector trends, and macro conditions

Project Management & Firmwide Initiati ves

• Research and analyze market trends and competitive activity to support differentiated client communications
• Draft and edit speeches and presentations for senior leadership delivered at conferences, LP boards, and industry forums
• Create and enhance processes related to investor communications and marketing collateral

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, alternative asset management, investor relations, or a related finance role
• Familiarity with Direct Lending, CLOs, Leveraged Finance, Asset-Based Finance, or Structured Credit preferred
• Strong quantitative skills; accounting and/or financial analysis experience a plus
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to distil complex information for sophisticated audiences
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Salesforce, Preqin, and Bloomberg familiarity a plus
• Series 7 and 63 required (or ability to obtain within six months)
• Bachelor's degree required
