Maintenance Technician - AM ShiftNow hiring Gerawan employees/Ahora estamos contratando empleados de Gerawan.Responsibilities and DutiesPerform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility's equipment.Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilitiesPerform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functionsPerform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustmentsWork with Maintenance Supervisor to ensure that all maintenance related projects are in compliance with all employee safety, food safety and regulatory standardsDetect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervisionRead and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and serviceUse a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing dutiesMaintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use and knowledge of all equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedurePay Range ($16.90 min - $20.00 max)/hourThis position may encompass other duties than the specified duties listed above. If necessary, alternative duties can be assigned at the discretion of the direct supervisor.
