SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Senior AccountantRalph Sellers Automotive Group, is growing and looking to add a Senior Accountant to join their Accounting team located in Gonzales, LA. Ability to follow process and procedures for Finance and Accounting tasks with accountability for following through to completeness.Responsibilities:Review deals for completeness, accurate, and required documentation and prepare paperwork for the Title and Accounting clerksProcess payoffs accurately and timely to receive title, follow up on any delayed titlesRecord wholesale and dealer trade sales transactions accurately and efficientlyWarranty, Gap, ancillary products remittance and cancellations weeklyAssist with Accounts Payable and BillingCommunicate with F&I, Sales, Accounting managers to resolve any discrepanciesCross training with other staff while working together to expand experienceSupport other team members and departments as neededQualifications:Required: minimum 3 years in an administrative positionHigh school diploma or GED requiredBachelors degree in Accounting or Finance preferredAutomotive and CDK or DealerTrack experience is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExceptional attention to detail and organizationConfidential and professional demeanorAble to multi-task and manage time effectivelyWhat We Offer:Signing bonusCompetitive pay based on experienceTraining from experienced employees with various expertise in the auto industryFull benefits package medical, dental, vision, 401(k)Paid time off and holidaysOpportunity to grow within the Automotive Group
