Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and complete warehouse orders for delivery or customer pickup according to schedule
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming warehouse stock
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Assist with inventory control and organization of warehouse materials
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials
- Deliver products using company vehicles (pickup and non-CDL trucks)
- Maintain accurate shipping documentation using basic computer systems
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Valid Driver's License required
- Clean driving record (no DUI/DWI convictions within the past 7 years)
- Previous warehouse experience required
- Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks
- Basic computer skills for shipping and order processing
- Ability to lift 80+ pounds consistently
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Good communication skills and ability to follow directions
- Customer service mindset when interacting with clients or team members
