Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and computer-savvy Temporary Data Entry / Logistics Coordinator to provide administrative support to the team during a busy period.

This role will primarily focus on data entry, shipment tracking, and coordinating delivery-date requests. The ideal candidate will be organized, comfortable working in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, and able to quickly learn new systems and processes.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work, is highly detail-oriented, and can step in quickly to help the team clear a current workload backlog.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely data entry related to shipments and deliveries
• Enter, update, and maintain shipment information in internal systems
• Process customer requests for delivery dates and provide updates as needed
• Assist with coordinating shipment and delivery information
• Help clear a backlog of administrative and shipment-related tasks
• Maintain organized records and ensure information is entered accurately
• Communicate with internal teams regarding shipment status and delivery information
• Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other computer systems on a daily basis
• Provide general administrative support to the logistics team

Qualifications

• Previous data entry, administrative, logistics, shipping, or office experience preferred
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong written communication skills
• Reliable, dependable, and able to start quickly

• Limited phone responsibilities this is not a call-heavy position
