Step into a day on our fabrication floor

You clock in and take ownership of your cell. First up: dial in machine setups, load raw stock, and program the day’s part files. With blueprints in hand, you verify first-article quality, make smart adjustments, and release the run. Between cycles, you move to finishing—drilling, tapping, and deburring components so they’re production-ready. You keep the line humming by performing routine preventive maintenance and quick, light repairs. Before shift-end, you coordinate counts and labels with Purchasing and Shipping, stage materials for the next job, and leave your area spotless. When priorities change, you jump in on additional tasks assigned by Supervision.

What you will do

• Set up and run fabrication machinery to drive smooth, reliable production.
• Program parts, read and interpret blueprints, and conduct in-process quality checks.
• Support finishing operations including drilling, tapping, and deburring.
• Complete preventive maintenance and minor equipment repairs.
• Organize, identify, and verify material counts alongside Purchasing and Shipping.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and assist with other duties as assigned by Supervision.

What you bring

• Fluency in English with the ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend instructions.
• Physical capability to reach and grasp; lift up to 75 lbs; and push, pull, or slide heavy materials.
• Excellent hand–arm coordination to handle and move parts accurately.
• Flexibility to stoop, bend, and squat as work requires.
• Mechanical aptitude plus basic computer skills; eager to operate industrial machinery.

Preferred qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
• Background as a foreman or warehouse trainer.
