What You'll Do Day-to-Day
- Diagnose and resolve residential plumbing issues, from leaks to clogs and everything in between.
- Service, repair, and maintain home plumbing systems.
- Install fixtures, water heaters, and plumbing upgrades.
- Clearly explain findings and solutions to homeowners in a friendly, professional way.
- Provide top-tier customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Keep your service vehicle, tools, and job paperwork clean and organized.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in residential plumbing service
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable communicating with customers and walking them through options
- Dependable, motivated, and proud of quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to handle the physical demands of the role, including lifting 50-100lbs. regularly and working in crawl spaces, basements, outdoor environments, and on ladders
- Plumbing license is a plus (where applicable), but not always required
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
