Seeking an organized, personable Admissions Coordinator to manage the admissions process at a skilled nursing facility and build strong relationships with hospitals, families, and referral sources.
Requirements:
- Previous admissions experience required
- Nursing home or healthcare experience preferred
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems
